Cancellation Policy

Quick summary: You can cancel your Deskr subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. There are no termination fees, and your account stays active till the end of the current billing cycle.

1. Monthly plans

  • Cancel any time before your next renewal date — no charge for the next cycle.
  • Service continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Data export available for 30 days after cancellation.

2. Annual plans

  • Cancel any time — pro-rated refund of unused months as per Refund Policy.
  • Discounts received for annual prepayment may be deducted from the refund.

3. Account closure

  1. Open Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
  2. Choose immediate or end-of-cycle cancellation.
  3. Confirm with the OTP sent to your registered email.

4. Data after cancellation

  • Day 0–30: data preserved; you can export anytime.
  • Day 30–90: account marked archived; restoration possible on request.
  • After day 90: all data permanently deleted (except where retention is legally required).

5. Operator-led cancellations of member bookings

If your space cancels a member's booking through Deskr, the member receives a full refund per the end-customer cancellation rules configured in your tenant.
