Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Deskr ("the Service"), provided by Roftr Clouds LLP ("Deskr", "we"). By creating an account, signing a subscription order, or using the platform, you ("Operator", "you") agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Deskr is a hosted coworking space management platform. Your subscription gives you a dedicated tenant — typically on a subdomain or your own domain — and includes the modules listed in your plan on the Pricing page.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your admin accounts, for the activity of your staff users, and for the accuracy of member records you enter. Share credentials at your own risk — we strongly recommend per-user logins with MFA.

4. Subscription and payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in INR (or USD for international Operators), plus applicable taxes (GST for Indian customers).
• Yearly plans are non-refundable after day 14. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of the current cycle.
• Failed payments trigger a 7-day grace period; continued non-payment suspends access to the admin panel but data is retained per our retention policy.
• Price changes apply at your next renewal, never mid-cycle. We'll give 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to third parties
• Reverse engineer, copy, or white-label Deskr itself as your own product
• Upload malware, spam, or content that violates the rights of others
• Attempt to breach the security of another tenant
• Resell Deskr access without a written reseller agreement

6. Your data

All data you enter — member profiles, leads, bookings, invoices, menu items, everything — belongs to you. We store and process it as a service provider under your instructions. You can export it at any time in the admin panel. On termination, you have 90 days to export; after that, data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

7. Our intellectual property

The Deskr software, UI, documentation, and trademarks remain the property of Roftr Clouds LLP. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your coworking operations — it does not grant ownership of the underlying code.

8. Uptime and support

We target 99.5% monthly uptime on paid plans. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours ahead. Support is available by email (hello@deskr.in) during Indian business hours; Enterprise plans include priority channels and response SLAs.

9. Warranties and disclaimers

We provide the Service "as is" and disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Service is a tool — final operational decisions (bookings, billing, access control) are yours.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data where a backup was available, reputational harm).

11. Termination

You can cancel anytime from the admin panel. We can suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms (non-payment, abuse, illegal use) after reasonable notice, except where immediate suspension is necessary to protect the platform.

12. Changes to these Terms

We'll update these Terms when needed and notify active Operators of material changes by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the change means you accept the new version.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
