Question 1

How does the free trial work?

Accepted Answer

Sign up, pick a workspace address like yourspace.deskr.in, and your own admin panel, member portal and owner app are created in under a minute. The trial runs for 15 days with full access to your plan. We never send SMS or email to your members during the trial, and no card is needed to start.

Question 2

What does "per branch" mean?

Accepted Answer

A branch is one building or location. Each plan price covers one branch with the listed number of seats. Adding another location adds another branch at the same per-branch price, up to the plan's location limit.

Question 3

Can I use my own domain?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You start on a deskr.in address, and from your account you can point your own domain — admin.yourspace.com, members.yourspace.com — at your workspace at any time. SSL is handled automatically.

Question 4

Is my data kept separate from other clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every workspace's data is stored separately and is never shared with or visible to any other coworking space.

Question 5

What does white labelling mean?

Accepted Answer

On white-label plans your own logo, app icon and brand colours appear in the header of every page — member site, admin and owner app — and in the emails your members receive. Your business name is used on every plan. A small "Powered by Deskr" line stays in the footer.

Question 6

What payment gateways do you support?

Accepted Answer

Worldline, HDFC, Razorpay and PhonePe out of the box — UPI, cards and net banking — on your own merchant account, so settlements and gateway fees are between you and the gateway. Link-to-Pay (add-on) sends a payment link with every invoice. You connect the gateway from the admin panel; no code changes.

Question 7

Are SMS, WhatsApp and email included?

Accepted Answer

The sending is built in; the messages are not. Notifications go out through your own WhatsApp Business account (in your brand name), your own SMS gateway and your own email service, and those providers bill you for usage. We help you get the WhatsApp Business account and the DLT registration for SMS done.

Question 8

Can I switch plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick a new plan from your account whenever you like; your limits and modules update as soon as the payment goes through. If you need more locations or seats than any plan lists, contact us for a custom quote.

Question 9

What happens after the trial ends?

Accepted Answer

Your workspace is locked until you pick a plan and pay. Your data is kept for 60 days, so you can come back and continue where you left off. Need longer? Data Vault keeps it safe for ₹500 a month.
